I am 70 and joined a gym a couple of years ago, signing up for a personal trainer Because of COVID, I quit going to the gym, and my trainer agreed to come to my home. I had some dumb bells to use, & she devised a number of floor & band exercises, but we needed more.Weights are VERY expensive, but when I saw these, I had to try them. They are great! The set is extremely versatile as shown and works as described. I got the 66 lb set, with individual weights ranging from 2.75 to 5.5 lbs. They can be used singly or in combination.What I REALLY love is the ability to convert from dumb bells to a bar bell! It has added so many additional options to our sessions. The bar bell is a rigid as a single bar. My trainer said she had never seen anything like it & was as excited as I was to use it. It has added a whole new dimension to our work-outs.Don't know how well they will hold up, but they are an exceptional bargain.I just recently received this product from a recent order. The weights have what looks like chalk on them, and the Connection bar has indents on the padding. The product seems used, but I bought new. The materials seem good quality but I’m a little bothered this may have been a used itemNo, I gave these away. Not exactly what I was looking for.Had for under a month and no longer turns into a barbell. Not satisfiedGreat quality for the price! Received complete. Got my first taste of it while bringing it up the stairs.
