I have a lot of things going on in my bedroom in regards to color. So I decided to go with the hardware colo chocalate. Mostly, did not want to spend a lot of money but not sacrifice quality. What a beautiful surprise. The price was so resonable I thought it might be cheap looking. It is the most gorgeous rich dark brown color. It was so heavy to carry and the tufts are tight. I have 2 twinxl mattresses on adjustable bases and worried how to connect this king headboard. It just lays against the wall with tape! This product is superb!It's pretty specific to be looking for a velvet upholstered headboard in navy blue... but here it is and under $200! They came quickly and is lightweight enough for one person to put together and put up, in fact I did it myself. I didn't attach it to the legs because I had planned to lean it on the wall, and it works perfectly fine this way. I bought a Queen size for my full size mattress (18" high zenus bed frame + 12" foam mattress on top combo) and it fits perfect on the long side with a few inches short on the each side of the bed. I had intended it this way on purpose because I was positioning it more as a daybed look with the side of the bed parallel to the wall in my tiny room. It looks great! It isn't super squishy, but it looks super plushy and feels so nice and velvety. The shape and the buttons look like it was put together well, and it definitely looks like it's much more expensive than it really is! I love it!I was hunting for a black or almost black upholstered headboard, really hoping for something tufted and not just a rectangle... I found the perfect one when I found this! It's absolutely beautiful! The velvet adds great interest and texture and is very soft and luxurious feeling. Quality seems great and assembly is so easy. My style is eclectic and I went for a little bit of an industrial look for our bed, pairing it with a solid antique stained wood platform bed frame. Highly recommend!This headboard is beautiful! I have a king size ajustable bed so we screwed it to the wall. I didn't even try to attach it to my bed frame. I love that it doesn't take up floor space my room is narrow. Fabric is good quality.This bed was shipped fast and was easy to assemble. The color is more royal blue than a true navy but it looks good nonethelessThe headboard is very soft. Velvet is good quality. I bought it in navy blue, it's gorgeous. It has a little scratch on it but it doesn't show in a dark room. To put it together was a little hard but paid off.
