They have a soft and durable neoprene casing with velcro buckle for a secure comfortable fit. Comfortable and easy to use
These are comfortable in the water, very adjustable with Velcro for the overlap of the strap so it doesn’t get in the way. Dry much faster than I expected. I wash them out with an anti-chlorine suit wash after each use. Have not faded.
