This hand control is used on Med Lift & Mobility lift chairs and other manufacturers with separate controls for the back, footrest, and the up & down functions of the chair. It has a 90 degree plug with five (5) pins. It has two buttons at the top to adjust the back, two buttons below that to adjust the footrest, and then the two up & down buttons at the bottom.
